This page explains how to request deletion of your Resourcery account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to macrogames007@gmail.com.
Use the subject line Delete my Resourcery account.
Include the email address used for your Resourcery account so we can find and verify the correct account.
We will process the request and confirm once deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

When we process your request, we delete the following data associated with your account:

Your Clerk account and sign-in session data
Your synced profile information, including email and display name
Your synced characters, parties, party memberships, and related cloud data stored in Supabase

What may be retained

We may retain limited records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes. Any such retention is limited to what is reasonably necessary and may persist in backups or logs until those systems rotate or are overwritten.

Local device data

Data stored only on your device can also be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage. If you delete your account, any synced cloud data for that account is removed from our backend, but local offline copies on the device remain until the app data is deleted from that device.
