This privacy policy applies to the Resourcery Android app published by NKMacro.
Resourcery is a D&D session tracker for characters, parties, health, spell slots, inventory, and other campaign resources. You can use the app offline, and you can also sign in to sync your data across devices.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account or use the app, such as your email address, display name, and the character, party, and session data you save in the app. If you sign in, authentication is handled through Clerk. If you use cloud sync, your saved app data is also stored in Supabase so it can be available on other devices.
When you use the app offline, your data is stored on your own device. Signed-in account sessions are stored securely on the device, and cloud-synced app data is stored in the app's backend services. We do not store your password in the app.
We use your data to run the app, authenticate your account, sync your data across devices, remember your settings, and keep the service working reliably. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Resourcery uses Clerk for authentication and account management, and Supabase for cloud sync and backend storage. These providers process data only so the app can authenticate you and keep your synced data available.
This app does not include advertising SDKs or a separate analytics tracking system in the client app.
We use standard security practices intended to protect your information during transmission and storage. Sensitive session tokens are stored using the device's secure storage mechanisms where available.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear the app's storage. Cloud-synced account data remains until it is removed from the service or deleted at your request.
To request deletion of your account and cloud-synced data, contact the support email listed on the Google Play listing for Resourcery. We will review the request and delete the data associated with your account, except for any information we must retain for legal, security, or fraud prevention reasons.
Resourcery is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
